Working with the landowner, ep architects are developing proposals for a 30+ unit home, certified Passivhaus project near Winchester. Adoption of PHPP to inform the design and incorporating Building Physics, all aspects of the site design including SUDS, habitat enhancement and response to the SINC designation have been considered in detail.
