Set alongside the long-established Abbey Park, the design for the 11-acre site has been in process for the past 20 years. ep architects, working with the landowner is progressing an outline permission for circa 220,000 sq ft of additional flexibly built space. The site will set new standards for energy use and incorporate solar roofs and biodiversity net gain across the site.
